Recertification is a sustainment requirement and a MACOM responsibility, usually executed at the unit level. To assist other than MEDCOM units, the Office of The Surgeon General worked with DA DCSOPS to include 68w sustainment in the Training Resource Model, which provides units with OPTEMPO funding.
