FLOMAX (Tamsulosin) should not be prescribed for the patients with Liver disease, congestive heart disease and Kidney diseases. If you are taking drugs for the existing diseases like anti-HIV retroviral drugs, anti-depressant drugs, immunosuppressant like the Cyclosporine, Cimetidine, blood thinners like the Warfarin, anti-protozoal drugs like metronidazole, Calcium channel blockers like verapamil and other heart disease medications like Dilitiazem, antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, erythromycin and Clarithromycin, anti-fungal medicines like Ketoconazole and other self-medications like herbal, vitamin and mineral supplements, you should not take FLOMAX (Tamsulosin). If you are known allergic to FLOMAX (Tamsulosin), you should not take it with out consulting the Physician.
