Who should I use as a personal reference for a job interview?

Work references could be a former boss, former co-worker who supervised or trained you, people you babysit for or someone you volunteered with at school or a charity. Personal references could be a teacher, neighbor, coach, friend, a friend’s parent who you have know for a while or anyone else who can vouch for your reliability, people skills, trust you and basically will say good things about you and sound professional. Choose your references carefully as you want to come across the best you can so you can get the job. I would try to avoid a relative such as a parent and pick others that fit into some of the other categories I listed.
