If your issue is critical and in need of immediate attention, you will be transferred to our dispatch center. Police Dispatchers will obtain specific information about the complaint and dispatch an officer if appropriate. If your concern does not need immediate attention, you will be transferred to the traffic unit. If the traffic supervisor is available he will obtain the information on your concern and assign it for follow up if appropriate. If the traffic supervisor is not available, you may leave a voice mail and he will call you back. If appropriate, the traffic supervisor assigns the problem for follow-up to a traffic officer, and the beat officer in the area where the situation exists.
