If you have any complaints or comments regarding the quality of the service or the products you receive from either SmartMunkee or our shop partner, Spreadshirt, please contact us. In the case of a complaint regarding a product or order your first line of communication should be via Spreadshirt. There contact details will be supplied with the order. If you have difficulty in contact them directly, or they do not provide a satisfactory solution then please use our contact us page to send your comments. Include as much detail as possible, stating the reason for the complaint, the date and your order details if applicable.
