The delivering firm is obligated to sweep all accounts for at least 6 months after the transfer is completed. Unfortunately, we will not have access to or the authority to make demands regarding residual balance transfers. You will need to contact the delivering firm directly to provide instructions for any residual balance or to obtain delivery information.
