Who should I contact if I have a dispute with Centrebet?

Any dispute in relation to a bet should be brought to Centrebet’s attention by emailing the appropriate complaint address given below. If your dispute has not been resolved by contacting Centrebet, and the disputed bet is with the Australian operator, the dispute must be lodged with the Northern Territory Government’s Racing Commission within 14 days of the end of the sporting event for which the bet was made. The email address for lodging disputes with the Racing Commission is: gamblingdisputes@nt.gov.au. The decision of the Racing Commission is final, and binding on both parties. If your dispute has not been resolved by contacting Centrebet, and the disputed bet is with the UK operator, the dispute may be lodged with the Independent Betting Arbitration Service (“IBAS”). For more information please see IBAS at www.ibas-uk.com.
