Contact Public Health – Seattle & King County at 206-296-4932 for questions related to septic systems, drainfields, wells and plumbing. Also contact Public Health with as-built (septic system ‘maps’), gas piping, pump and septic tanks, and OSS (on-site sewage systems) questions. Please refer to information Public Health offers about septic systems at www.kingcounty.gov/healthservices/health/ehs/wastewater.aspx and plumbing permits at www.kingcounty.gov/healthservices/health/ehs/plumbing.aspx. Note: These Public Health services are now available in Renton. In November 2008, Environmental Health staff moved from Bellevue to the DDES office building in Renton.
