Who should complete the PHS/NSF/AHA Conflict of Interest Disclosure Forms?
Anyone that could affect the design, conduct or reporting of the proposed research. People that must report include PIs, key personnel, trainees, data managers, and technicians who play a relatively independent role in experimental design or analysis or who will be a co-author on any resulting publication.
