Who should be listed on the All Personnel Report for non-competing continuation applications?
The PI and all other personnel who had at least one person-month of effort on the project should be listed, even it they are not “Key” or are not paid from the grant. Thus, “Other Significant Contributors” such as Consultants would usually not be listed. For personnel with a post-doc role, (no matter what payroll title they have), a Commons user name is required, and they must be registered in the Commons with the Post-Doc role. On eSNAP submissions, any supplement funding (e.g., diversity, ARRA) must be identified using the drop-down menu. Please Note: This form requests the annual person-months of effort devoted to the project during the current (almost completed) grant year, not the upcoming, proposed grant year. If effort varied during the year, provide the annual average. }}–> }}–>Percent effort may or may not be identical to percent of salary. }}–> }}–>Generally, someone should not claim that effort was being devoted to one research grant if his/her salary support was paid fr
