Who should be given the School_UERS role in WebApps?
School_UERS should only be assigned to those users that will need to review and approve all reports in UERS. This is an LEA-level decision, but typically LEAs select to assign this to their data managers and school principals. It is imperative that you put in an email address for anyone with the School_UERS role so that they will receive an e-mail when a report is ready to be reviewed and/or approved. Users such as the Dropout Coordinator will receive access to the Dropout report via their role, so you do not need to assign them the School_UERS role.
