Who should be eligible for relocation services?
Employee relocations are either sponsored or not sponsored by the employer. Sponsored moves are limited to employees who are being asked to move by their company or are being recruited, and are therefore compensated in some fashion for the cost of the move. Unsponsored moves are moves an employee makes of his own accord for various lifestyle reasons – e.g. move across town to a bigger house because of salary increase, expanding family, etc. MovingStation can provide service to the full employee base, including sponsored and unsponsored moves.
