If an emergency occurs after hours or on the weekend, contact the office of WMGi at (407) 896-1200 and choose the emergency option. Leave a detailed message that includes your name, the address where you live, the nature of the problem, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, a phone number where you can be reached. The on-call person will be paged immediately and a WMGi representative will return your call shortly and make arrangements to have the problem resolved. Inquiries about rental properties are not considered emergencies, and those calls will be returned the following business day.
