Who should be concerned with offensive comedy?
Any kind of comedy is a matter of personal taste. I believe every one should voice their opinion of comedy and it’s nature, but you will not enjoy every comedian out there. Yet that comedian still has a right to do his act, just as you have the right to change the channel. Unless you think it is hate speech, leave the comedy to the comedians. If enough people do not like it… You’ll never see that act again. So who should be concerned, every one and no one. What it comes down to is voice what is important to you, and respect another’s point of view. This is what teaching tolerance is about.
