Court decisions, EEOC guidelines and NY State’s Executive Order 19 indicate that all employees should attend sexual harassment prevention training shortly after they are hired. This includes, but is not limited to, executive staff, administrators, supervisors, non-supervisory staff, temporary and seasonal employees and interns.
