Who Should Apply to the Oxford HEC Consulting and Coaching for Change Programme (CCC)?
CCC is designed for senior managers, executives, human resource directors, consultants and coaches who work in change management. As a guide, the average age on the programme this year is 42 and we require a minimum of five years managerial or consulting experience. Note that the average age for the first two years was 20 years of experience & 14 years of consulting experience.
