Who should apply to the MBOE program?
The MBOE is for people identified by their executive leaders as having high potential for success in managing operations toward excellence. Candidate have earned a bachelors degree from an accredited univeristy (all disciplines are welcome); at least 3-5 years of successful work experience in which managing processes are part of the job; been recommended by an executive sponsor; and a passion for relentless improvement.
