Who should apply for College Talk service… the student or parent?
Definitely the parent. Students normally do not have enough credit history for the carrier to extend credit. Therefore, please apply in the name of a parent with established credit and a current working phone number. Applying in the students name will only delay being enrolled and receiving your PIN code assignments.
