Who should a student call with technical problems or questions?

Students should call FlexNet Technical Support1-888-575-6009with any technical questions (e.g. problems accessing the newsgroups, problems loading the software, etc). They can also email FlexNet Technical Support at FlexNet@apollogrp.edu. Continuing to refer students to tech support will reinforce the technical support service and allow faculty to focus on handling classroom content questions.
