Who sets the retail price for my book?

We have minimum retail prices established which are based on the number of pages in the book when it is published. This covers the cost of printing the book, royalty payment and our costs and profit margin. You can find a table showing the prices by going to either the Paperback or Hardcover tabs. You can set the retail price higher than the minimum if you desire.
