Who serves on the Canadian Cancer Society Research Institute peer review panels?
Review panels are made up of a chair, panel members, scientific officers and community representatives. The chair, panel members and scientific officers are highly respected researchers in the cancer community. Community representatives – often cancer survivors themselves – are endorsed by cancer organizations across the country. The Canadian Cancer Society Research Institute Research Institute currently operates many different review panels that evaluate a wide range of cancer research proposals.
