The Board of Directors was elected at an Annual Meeting held by the Association. The highest vote getters were selected to serve 1 or 2 year terms. Occasionally, Board members have resigned prior to completing their term, and the remaining Board members have appointed other homeowners to serve until the next Annual Meeting.
