Who selects the tenant?
We can forward applications to you if you would like a say so in the process; however, we normally pick the best ones with background/credit checks and by first available to rent (we won t hold your property for several weeks if we have a qualified tenant ready to move). We are still Realtors & must abide by all Fair Housing laws.
