Who selects students and scholars for EuMAS and how?

The EuMAS Management Board selects applicants meeting entrance requirements for admission to the course and compiles a list of applicants to be proposed to the European Commission for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. The Commission has the final decision on awarding the scholarships.
