Who sees the results of the background checks? What if I do not pass the check?

0

An outside company will perform all background checks. The result will either be a “clear” (meaning the individual has passed) of “hit” (meaning the individual has not passed the check). An individual will be notified if they receive a “hit” and will then have the opportunity to further discuss the results with the investigating company if they so choose to disclose the information.
