Who runs the mosque?
Under Administration of Muslim Law Act 1968, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore or MUIS has the vesting power and authority on all mosques in Singapore including Sultan mosque. However, MUIS has delegated the daily conduct of management to the present Board of Trustees subject to controls under the provisions of the Act. The Trustees are supported by various committees of volunteers and full time staff.
