Who runs the Festival?
The Festival’s affairs are ultimately the responsibility of our Managing Director, Barbara Chirinos. She and Interim Artistic Director, Linda Tanaka and Community Development Coordinator, Reanna Alder work year-round with the Society’s membership and Board of Directors to put all the pieces in place for the summer production and administration staff, who work from April to August to produce the Festival. Along with about 40 paid crew, 1200 volunteers work throughout the Festival weekend.
