Who runs Forty Plus?
FORTYPlus of Orange County is an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that is maintained and managed solely by its Members and Alumni. Should you choose to join us, you will be asked to call upon your executive and managerial skills to play a role in running the organization. It is this shared leadership concept that has sustained FORTYPlus organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada for over six decades. It is the way we keep our costs and fees to a minimum and assure that the resources will be here when you and others in the management fraternity need them. And, in taking on operational or management responsibility for the organization, it enhances your stature in your job search process. The more you put into FORTYPlus the more and more quickly — you will get out of it.
