Who removes the Y2 ASI once I meet the transition requirements?
Each of the component personnel activities removes the Y2. For the active component it’s HQ PERSCOM, Enlisted Personnel Division, Health Services Branch. For the USAR it’s AR PERSCOM, Enlisted Personnel Division, Health Services Branch; and for the ARNG it’s the state MILPOS in each of the 54 states and territories and the District of Columbia.
