Bay City Transfer Agency & Registrar Inc. physically performs this service but will only do so after obtaining permission of the corporation, receiving the opinion letter of counsel and a 144 letter. Payment must be sent to Bay City Transfer Agency & Registrar Inc. with both the opinion letter of counsel, the 144 letter, and stock certificate with the shareholders current address and phone number.
