Who remembers the House Salad at Amazona Restaurant on Cote-St-Luc Rd?

I would love to have the recipe of the salad dressing that used to be served with the platters at Amazona’s before the restaurant closed and unfortunately became Carmines. Not that Amazonas was so fantastic, no where near as good as Marathon or Parthenon, yet i find myself really missing that salad, i know that i can create that simple blend of cabbage and iceberg at home but would love to have some imput as to what you guys think went it to that house dressing!
