Who releases timesheets?
All timesheets are released by BIA/BIE master administrators. Once your timesheets are certified (CRT), you are done with them. They will be locked and released automatically. You can anticipate timesheets will be locked and released at least once on Monday, once on Tuesday and once on Wednesday following the end of the pay period. Timesheets will also be locked and released one last time, shortly before 6pm MST on the day pay calculate is run – usually the Wednesday following the end of the pay period.
