Who receives the emails that are sent to VIP TO VIP?
All of your emails are seen by the management team, and all are taken into consideration. If the question or the problem raised is of a general nature, the response will appear here in the FAQ section and/or in our newsletter. On the whole, emails will be answered by the management team if the email merits a response. The majority of emails received are related to subjects covered in the General Conditions or FAQ sections. However, we will ignore any insulting or indecent emails.
