Who receives basic or advanced incentives?
Basic and Advanced Incentives are offered to teachers who meet the criteria. Article 21, Sections A and B contains language outlining the criteria. Forms for the incentives can be obtained from your school secretary or the certification office. Salary adjustments for advanced degrees are given at two times each year. Transcripts must be into the certification office by October 1 (first semester) or by April 1 (second semester). Note: Incentives, once approved, do not have to be renewed.
