Who reads the results of the Student Assessment of Instruction?
There are two different reports generated from the results, a public report and a confidential report. A summary report of the first eight questions are public information and are distributed to the deans, who provide copies to faculty, chairs, and other appropriate persons. A copy of the results is provided to the the SGA, the Colleges, and a copy is placed in the FGCU library. Another summary report including the rest of the questions (9-27) the original survey forms are given to the instructors. They can share that information if they choose.
