. Waived $36 per line activation fees apply only to new lines of service for Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) activated under your company’s CRU Foundation Account Number (FAN). Your company will not receive credits for any existing lines of service that are migrated to your company’s CRU FAN after program enrollment, nor will any waivers apply to CRU upgrades.
