Who Qualifies for EMA Services?
To qualify for EMA services, an SCE customer must: • Receive electric service through a residential electric meter in SCE’s service territory • Have an active SCE service account, or be sub-metered under a master-meter SCE account • Meet the program eligibility requirements, including the installation requirements for each service • Meet the income qualifications listed below EMA services are available to both homeowners and renters. For renters requesting EMA services, the homeowner’s written permission must be obtained before services are delivered.
