Who qualifies as an “applicant” for purposes of the Job Fair?

0

Anyone who is at 16 years of age or older and is either (a) a US citizen or resident, or (b) otherwise authorized to work in the United States. Please note that some employers or positions will require applicants to be at least 18 years of age. These age requirements are generally mandated by Federal and State labor laws. Accordingly, we strongly discourage schools and parents from sending teens who are 15 years old or younger to the Job Fair.
