The financial counseling component of the mediation management is provided by certified counseling agencies and their individual counselors. The cost varies between the different providers but generally it is $125.00 for the counseling session and this amount is paid by the Program Manager from the initial administrative fees paid to it by the Plaintiff/Lender.
