Oracle manages the overall support process and is the single point of contact for support of Exadata cells and Database Machines Hardware Software Oracle Enterprise Linux Database & Options Oracle Exadata Storage Software Other Oracle software programs Customer reports issues to Oracle Support Oracle Support will triage problem If a hardware issue is suspected, Oracle will coordinate with Sun to have appropriate hardware resources assigned and dispatched as required If a software issue is suspected Oracle will resolve it
