Who provides referees for the games in the competitive divisions (U10-U19)?
There are approximately 90 games every week, in u10-u19, requiring a 3-man Each team provides certified referees for the game following theirs. The HOME team must provide 2 “certified” referees, and the VISITING (or AWAY) team must provide 1 properly “certified” referee. The referee assignments for the first game of the day on that field is covered by the teams playing the last game of the day on that field. In order to be a coach or and assistant coach in our region, one must be a certified referee. That gives each team at least two certified referees. We strongly suggest that coaches recruit other volunteers to be certified and help with the referee assignments.
