Who provides OFP funded services?
OFP does not provide services directly. Clinical services are provided through the statewide Family PACT provider network that includes community clinics, county health departments, hospitals, private physicians, and primary care clinics. Local Family PACT physicians can be found by calling 1-800-942-1054. Health education services are provided through community based programs, including private non-profit agencies and county health departments.
