Who provides mandatory CPD activities?
Currently, the Board determines the mandatory CPD topics to be developed and who will conduct the training. Prior to January each year, the Board will advise industry on this website of the mandatory topics and the training providers approved to deliver the mandatory activities that agents, sales representatives and property managers will need to complete in the next calendar year. The activities will be accessible to both metropolitan and regional agents. In 2009, West Coast Property Training, REIWA and Kaplan Professional are providing the mandatory activities.
