Who proposed the CEP?
The idea of incorporating newly, expanded centers as part of the ground floor of the parking structure, along with a Bookstore, was presented by Finance and Administrative Services. After reviewing cost estimates, it would benefit both Centers and Parking, Traffic, & Transportation if the parking deck could be expanded. This expansion would enable two new centers to be constructed which would result in more space, better facilities, larger occupancy, and multi-use by multiple groups.
