The course is a production of The Institute of Higher Earning in Milford NH. They opened their doors in December of 2003. The course has been developed and refined over the years. They started teaching students in February of 2004 and have presented this course to hundreds of members in both a live format as well as the new, downloadable modular format. They also provide the ongoing, FREE support.
