Summerfest is the annual fundraiser for the non-profit Virginia-Highland Civic Association, Inc. (“VHCA”). VHCA uses Summerfest proceeds for grants to neighborhood park improvements, public libraries, schools, and funding for children’s organizations. VHCA financial statements are fully disclosed at each public VHCA community meeting.
