All Materials Transfer Agreements at SDSMT, both In and Out, are handled by the Office of Sponsored Programs. By In we mean those agreements under which an outside party is providing materials to SDSMT, and by Out we mean those agreements covering materials being provided by a SDSMT employee to an outside party.
