CDM provides the majority of the codes and multiple-choice options. However, most of the codes are customizable by the client. Actual patient data is entered by client personnel. If you are switching to one of our systems from another database, we would be able to convert your original data should you so desire. A contract for this service would be drawn up at your request. The cost would vary depending on the complexity of the data conversion.
