Originally he’s played by Jeremy Bulloch in Episodes 5 and 6 and was voiced by Jason Wingreen in both episodes. But with the re-release of the special edition DVDs of the original trilogy the voice was replaced with Temuera Morrison’s voice who played Jango Fett. The explanation of this was because Boba is a clone he would have the same voice as Jango. Daniel Logan played young Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones.
