Who performs service requests for the privatized quarters, and will residents be charged?

Nellis Family Housing maintenance staff perform all service requests for the residents. There are no charges for these services unless the problem is a result of negligence or inappropriate action(s) by residents. Typically maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. Residents are not required to be home while the request is being completed.
